This is a Full-Time (40 hours per week) employment.

As a Delivery Station Liaison, you will contribute to enhancing the customer experience by giving in-station, hands-on assistance to guarantee that our clients receive their items as promised, on time. Additionally, the position will assist in connecting clients with professionals who can give them the most precise and current information regarding their packages. Making sure that customers smile is part of our work, in addition to processing and delivering their orders.
You will be accountable for the following as a delivery station liaison:
Using empathy to handle challenging client circumstances over the phone and via email; being responsive and giving the requirements of the customer top priority; and requesting consumer input to enhance the customer experience.

working in a noisy, fluctuating warehouse manufacturing environment (personal protective equipment provided).
High school diploma or its equivalent
prior Customer Service experience
ability to efficiently prioritize work time to guarantee efficiency
knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the Windows operating system
knowledge of several web browsers, database searches, and instant messaging programs
Bachelor’s degree or comparable work-related experience
ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
understanding of performance metrics and ability to create them to track progress against key performance indicators
